So,this month brings around my first ever exhibition and it has been so much fun creating some new creatures and pieces especially for it!

As my work is very much inspired by nature and folklore I chose to create some wee woodland folk and creatures.

Owl has a very important job,he is to deliver messages to everyone in the woodlands to let them know of a forthcoming celebration.

He is laden with envelopes and has put on his favorite winter hat as the weather has taken a turn for the worse and heavy snow is forcast.So there is no time to waste in getting out all his post before the animals,fae folk and wee creatures lock their doors and hibernate around their fires until better weather returns…

The exhibition will run to the end of March and can be seen in the glass display cabinets in the main area of the library in Alfreton,Derbyshire.
